I have often been inspired by this quote, and now I have arrived at another moment when these words ring in my ears with such an insistent clamour, they can no longer be ignored. 

 

So here I stand, stepping up and out into that well known place of uncertainty.  Accompanied as always by my frequent companions of fear and doubt, I step out anyway, knowing that to shy away from todays challenges, will leave my other friends of possibility and serendipity shaking their heads . . . so, taking a breath,
