Confidence in Business
A key part of Rosalind's interdisciplinary portfolio is working with issues that affect women, especially issues around confidence, cultural norms and expectations.
In the early Spring of 2015 Rosalind designed, and co-facilitated 2 courses entitled,
Confidence in Business - Keys to Success - Unlock the What, How and Why of your Business
Commissioned by a then local representative of a northern enterprise agency, the brief was to design, deliver and help recruit for a 4 session course, 1 per week. The course was aimed at women in business 1 to 5 years. Beginning each course with an inspirational panel of women in business 5 - 10 years and covering issues as broad as finance, marketing & pr and public speaking & presentations. The courses were a huge success and many of the women involved went on to increase both their profiles and their turnover.

"I was invited to be a panellist in two 4 week courses titled Confidence in Business, organised & facilitated by Rosalind Jane of Netwalking South West & Anna Bianchi. The role of the panel was to share experiences in business with other women in the early stages of their business life. It was really interesting to hear our different routes in and our lessons learnt; I certainly took away some golden nuggets from the other panellists.
